Flynn Joins Eldred Health Center

Charles Cole Memorial Hospital has announced the addition Judy Flynn, RN, MSN, FNP, to its staff. Flynn will be working with Dr. Jason Tronetti, seeing patients at CCMH’s Eldred Health Center. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 814/225-4241.

Flynn earned associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in nursing at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and a master’s degree from the family nurse practitioner program at the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has extensive nursing experience in pediatrics, med-surg, stress testing, home care and hospice, and women’s health. She most recently worked at Bradford Regional Medical Center as a nurse practitioner in the emergency department.

She is an advanced cardiac life support and pediatric advanced life support instructor, an adult/pediatric sexual assault nurse examiner, a certified rescue scuba diver, and a certified emergency nurse. She is a member of the McKean County Sexual Assault Response Team, Disaster Medical Assistance Team DMAT PA-3 (FEMA), McKean County Dive and Rescue Team, Emergency Nurses Association, and the Bradford Ecumenical Home Infection Control Committee.

An open house will be held from 3-6 p.m. on November 11 at the Eldred Health Center. The public is welcome to attend.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
