Two Dead in Route 15 Crash

Two college students are dead after a crash early Sunday morning Route 15, about two miles south of the Tioga County line.

21-year-old John Williamson Jr. of Havertown and 22-year-old Ian Alexander of Royersford died at about 3:30 a.m.

The driver, 19-year-old Andrew Cardamone of Philadelphia, suffered serious injuries and was taken to Gesinger Medical Center in Danville.

Three other passengers were also seriously injured and taken to area hospitals.

Route 15 was closed for several hours.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
