VP Biden Visit Pennsylvania

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Vice President Joe Biden said Wednesday that the nearly $800 billion economic stimulus bill pending in Congress will deliver about $16 billion in unemployment benefits, bridge repairs, and other aid to Pennsylvania.

Biden was in the state to try to drum up support for the legislation. Negotiators for Congress and the White House reached agreement just minutes after he spoke at a state Capitol news conference
