Kysor Gets 3 to 6 Years

The convicted murderer who escaped from the state prison at Albion in November of 2007 has been sentenced to an additional three to six years in prison.

54-year-old Malcolm Kysor of Corry has been ordered to served that sentence in addition to the life sentence he's been serving since 1987 for the beating death of Barney Fenton, who was found in a wooded area near the Millcreek Mall.

Kysor escaped from SCI-Albion by hiding in a garbage can. He was found in April of 2008 in a Bakersfield, California, park.
