Pennsylvania

Craig Carrow, Johnsonburg High School

6’200lbs. Wide Reciever, Linebacker

Craig Plans on Attending Slippery Rock University majoring in Pre-Med/Biology. His awards include; Big 30 All-Star Team, AML All-Star Team, Tri-County Sunday First Team Baseball, and was a High Honor student. Craig stated why he would like to play in the Raabe Classic is “To play one last football game before going to college. To play with the best players that Northern Pennsylvania and Southern New York have to offer. To meet and play with new and talented players”. His biggest thrill was; “Winning and doing so as a team. Stepping out on the field knowing you have a chance to display your skills, hard work, and determination to all that watch.”

Ren Yonker, Johnsonburg High School

6’ 185lbs. Quarterback, Cornerback/Saftey

Ren plans to attend Penn State Altoona majoring in Secondary Education. His awards include; Two time ALM All-Star, Team MVP, Offensive Player of the Year, Holds the school record for 10 receiving touchdowns in a season. Ren stated why he would like to play in the Big 30 game: “Because it is a once in a life-time oppurtunity and I love to play football.” His biggest thrill was beating Ridgway and playing with his teamates.

Kenny Kane, Kane Area High School

6’5” 185lbs. Quarterback, Defensive Back

Kenny is going to attend Pennsylvania College of Technology to study forestry and return to Kane to become a forester. Kenny’s honors include D-9 High Jump Champion, 3 time Academic All-State Football, PA Footbal Honorable Mention, Football and Basketball team captain. Kenny stated “This is one more game with some of my best friends. Getting to play a game with the kids I have competed against my whole life. It has always been a dream of mine to play in the Big 30 Game. Kenny’s biggest thrill was winning the 2008 AML championship. “I had the privalage of scoring the game winning touchdown.”

New York

Josh Urmson, Cuba-Rushford Central School

6’1” 180lbs. Tight End and Defensive End

Josh palns on attending Jamestown Community College the to St. Bonaventure University to study physical therapy. Josh earned the Sportsmanship Award this past season for football. Josh said, “ I have always loved playing. I had a rough ending to my senior career and see this as a bright spot. I watched this game for the first time back when I played midgets and have dreamed of playing since.” Josh’s biggest thrill came after his junior year going 0-8 and coming out with a huge victory for homecoming. He was so happy that that his teams hardwork and dedication payed off.

Anthony Poole, Bolivar-Richburg Central School

5’9” 189lbs. Running Back, Defensive Corner/ Free Safety

Anthony plans on attending Bluffton in Ohio next fall. His awards include; 1st Team All-State, Big 30 All-Star, Rushed for over 1,000 yards his last two seasons, team MVP in football 2008, 2nd team All-State his junior year. Asked why he would like to play in the Big 30 he stated “ It’s been a dream of mine since my brother played”. Anthony’s biggest thrill was winning the schools first sectional title in 2008.

Brett Tompkins, Bolivar-Richburg Central School

5’ 9” 175lbs. Left Guard, Defensive Nose Guard

Brett plans on attending college at Alfred Stae for Drafting. Brett’s awards include, Lineman of the Year, and the Roger Bunce Sportsmanship Award. Brett was asked why he would like to play in the Raabe classic, “I want to make my family proud of me”. During Brett’s off time he enjoys hunting and fishing.
