Guilty Pleas in Catt County Court

A Franklinville man has pleaded guilty to attempted burglary and grand larceny charges.

On June 12 of this year Jeremiah Phinney unlawfully entered Rogers Shurfine Foodmart in Franklinville and stole more than $1,000 worth of property.

He's scheduled for sentencing on October 5.

A Bradford woman has pleaded guilty in Cattaraugus County Court to petit larceny.

Tisha Campbell stole property from the Spring Break Café in Allegany on November 21, 2008.

She's scheduled for sentencing on November 9.

A Randolph, New York, man has pleaded guilty to attempted forgery.

Between January 17 and February 27 of this year Patrick Dee attempted to forge signatures on personal checks belonging to another person.

He's scheduled for sentencing on October 9.

A Delevan, New York, man ha pleaded guilty to a number of charges, including unlawfully fleeing a police officer.

Lance Weaver took police on a chase in the Town of Yorkshire on February 12 and drove at speeds more than 25 miles per hour over the speed limit.

Also, on September 19, 2008, he was driving with a blood alcohol content of .14 percent. He didn't have a driver's license because of a previous alcohol-related conviction.

He'll be sentenced on October 5.

A former Kmart cashier has pleaded guilty to grand larceny.

Melissa Blauvelt of Little Genesee, New York, stole more than $1,000 from the Olean Kmart while she was working in the layaway department.

She'll be sentenced November 9.
