PSP: Roulette Fire Intentionally Set

Authorities say a Friday fire in Roulette was intentionally set.

A state police fire marshal and Roulette Chemical Engine Company fire chiefs investigated the blaze at 27 Third Street and found the fire was intentionally set in the kitchen area.

The house is owned by 84-year-old Florence Hutchinson.

Estimated damage is $15,000.

Police are continuing their investigation.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
