Someone that actually cares said…
THIS driver was just sentenced and will serve 1 year minus a day in County Prison with work release. He killed another man going 75 miles an hour in a 30 to 35 mile an hour zone. The other man was at his camp on a riding lawnmower and he just plowed right into him. I don't know where these people get this punishment for killing someone. They must of made this County Jail so the county gets money from his work release but is this justice. He still gets a life after taking someone elses. My opnion is that maybe he should serve time out of his life and at least lose a year of his life. I think the other guys life was at least worth that, don't you? He was in a hurry to go drink and the police didn't give him a blood test to see if there was already something in his system,WHAT'S THAT? He also had his Driver's license for almost the whole year until sentencing. How do you feel about him continueing to drive that long after killing him? It doesn't make me feel too safe. HE DID THE CRIME HE SHOULD PAY FOR IT. THE PUNISHMENT THIS TIME DID NOT FIT THE CRIME. JUSTICE, WHAT IS IT? I guess because it was nobody that they cared about that died. Bet it would of been a different outcome if it would of been the DAs or the Judges family member. Think about that!!!
