Ohio Man Facing Execution

An Ohio man who killed a woman then scattered her body parts in Ohio and Pennsylvania is scheduled to be executed tomorrow.

51-year-old Kenneth Biros will be the first person executed in Ohio since the state switched from using three drugs to one.

In 1991, Biros killed 22-year-old Tami Engstrom near Warren, Ohio, after offering to drive her home from a bar. After dismembering her, he scattered her body parts in Ohio as well as Butler and Venango counties in Pennsylvania.

The execution is schedule for 10 o'clock tomorrow morning.

Biros has ordered as his last meal a cheese pizza with extra cheese, onions, mushrooms, and green peppers; deep-fried onion rings and mushrooms with ketchup; Doritos with French onion dip; cherry pie; blueberry ice cream; and Dr. Pepper.

Woman Charged with Posting
Nude Picture on Facebook

A Falconer, New York, woman is facing charges after allegedly posting a naked photo of a Warren woman on Facebook. Police say 22-year-old Lindsay Head posted the picture without the consent of the 21-year-old victim, who is dating Head's ex-boyfriend. Head is charged with dispersing obscene and sexual materials. The picture has been removed from Facebook.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
