Kane Man Reported Missing

State Police are looking for a Kane man who disappeared last Wednesday on Old Smethport Road in Wetmore Township. Police say 33 year-old Robert Royer hasn't made contact with family or friends since and that is unusual. Royer is 5'10", 165 pounds with short red hair and glasses. He was last seen driving a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport which front end damage.

Allegany Fire Damages Farm Machinery

Firefighters battled a fire Saturday at a building at the Len Boser farm on Birch Run Road in Allegany. Cattaruagus County District fire Coordinator Gary Wuethrich says 70 firefighters and six companies battled the blaze which damaged farm machinery and tools. Crews were on the scene for three hours. The fire has been ruled accidental.

Bradford Woman Struck by Bottle

A Portville woman was arrested after she hit a Bradford woman with a whiskey bottle over the weekend at an incident on South Barry Street in Olean. Olean City Police say that 21 year-old Catherine Ensell is facing assault charges. The unidentified Bradford woman was treated at Olean General Hospital for cuts to her head and eye.

Woman Charged with Posting
Nude Picture on Facebook

A Falconer, New York, woman is facing charges after allegedly posting a naked photo of a Warren woman on Facebook. Police say 22-year-old Lindsay Head posted the picture without the consent of the 21-year-old victim, who is dating Head's ex-boyfriend. Head is charged with dispersing obscene and sexual materials. The picture has been removed from Facebook.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police also learned there was an active warrant against him from City of Jamestown Court. He was sent to Chautauqua County Jail on $1,000 bail. The news leader of the Twin Tiers ... since 1947
