Mischief at Water Treatment Plant
Police are looking into criminal mischief that happened after 3 o’clock Monday afternoon at the Toby Creek Water Treatment Plant.
In a fax sent to WESB and The HERO, state police say someone entered the property by forcing open the northeast gate. They then drove through the property and attempted to leave the property by driving through the northwest gate. However, the northwest gate is made of a heavier gage pipe and did not break like the smaller gate did. They then left through the same gate they broke to get in.
Police say the vehicle could be a car or smaller truck and might be light blue with some damage to the front and hood.
