Several Plead Guilty to Burglary

A Salamanca man has been sentenced to 1 ½ to 3 years in prison for forging a prescription. 25-year-old Isaiah Jacobs forged the prescription for a controlled substance on May 25, 2008.

Also today in Cattaraugus County Court, several people pleaded guilty to burglary charges, according to a fax sent to WESB and The HERO by the district attorney's office.

Chastity Gaines and Dean Rhodes, both of West Clarksville, broke into an Olean house on July 18. Brian Butts of Stockton broke into a South Dayton building on June 30. Charles White of Salamanca broke into a Perrysburg building on March 20.

They’re scheduled for sentencing on July 19.
