Man Jailed on Burglary Charge

A St. Marys man is facing burglary charges for incidents along Birch Valley Road in Jay Townships early Saturday morning.

In a fax sent to WESB and The HERO, State Police say 22-year-old Robert Drabert attempted to break into a camp owned by Kevin Deitz of St. Marys, then started Michael Bauer’s truck at a neighboring camp.

Estimated damages are $500.

Drabert was sent to jail on $10,000 bail.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
