Fatal Crash in Eldred Township
A Delevan, New York, man is dead following a two-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon on Route 346 in Eldred Township.
State Police say a truck, pulling a trailer with a tractor and driven by 60-year-old Millard Keesler, went out of control, hit guide rails and veered into the path of an SUV driven by 67-year-old Richard Mulaski of Port Allegany.
Emergency crews used the Jaws of Life to remove both drivers and a passenger in the Mulaski SUV, Sheila Mulaski, also of Port Allegany.
Keesler was pronounced dead at the scene. The Mulaskis were taken to Olean General Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
