Cops: Woman Injured 3-Year-Old Boy

A Bradford woman is in jail after allegedly assaulting a woman and injuring a three-year-old boy at the YWCA domestic violence shelter on Saturday evening, according to a fax sent to WESB and The HERO by police.

Bradford City Police say Amber Moore was in a fight with Jaimie Case when Moore threw her cell phone at Case. It missed her and hit the three-year-old in the face, causing a laceration.

The boy was taken to BRMC for treatment.

Moore was charged with felony aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. She was arraigned by District Judge Dominic Cercone and sent to McKean County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
