Voting is underway at Weather.com in the Toughest Weather City Tournament.

Bradford is going up against New Orleans.

News 4 Meteorologist Mike Cejka says both cities have severe thunderstorms, which make them tornado prone. While New Orleans has the threat of hurricanes, we have more than a threat from one of our biggest weather occurrences – Lake Effect snow.

And, there's a reason our FM radio station is W-B-R-R.

Voting ends at 5 a.m. Wednesday.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Attorney General Kelly announces arrests in "Operation Border Bargains;" 19 charged in Ohio to PA meth lab & pill-shopping investigation ERIE - Agents from the Attorney General's Bureau of Narcotics Investigation, along with officers from local police departments across Erie County, are in the process of arresting 19 Pennsylvania and Ohio residents allegedly involved in two separate interstate methamphetamine production and pill-shopping networks.
