Man Sentenced for Killing Son

A Jamestown man who killed his 2-year-old son will spend the next 5 to 15 years in prison.

32-year-old Agustin Morales was charged after his son Auston died on October 17, 2009, at Women and Children’s Hospital in Buffalo, a day after he was found unresponsive at his home.

In March Morales admitted to recklessly causing Auston’s death, as well as making a terrorist threat against the Chautauqua County Social Services Department. He was sentenced today.

Yes it’s years later but this story is false he didn’t do what a racist town says how is it that he got charges a year later after he beat some previous charges and was set to go home then was kept he spent almost two years in county jail with no charges open your fucking eyes the system is crooked in Jamestown how can u say killed when he got a non violent plea deal fucking news never put the truth out how is it that the child died but there’s no charges on him on the day of incident???? He was charge a year later ….ummm! If there’s no evidence when it happen where’s the evidence almost a year and a half later. So report that shit report the truth and also the child was white open your eyes minorities In Jamestown get harassed by police how is it that the judge can get cocaine charges and still have a job putting ppl away for same reason he got charged also it was election time and agustin’s case as well as another were used to make a certain individual get elected do your fucking home work before calling some one a killer he would’ve gotten a murder charge not a NON VIOLENT CHARGE ……fyi dumb asses

A Falconer, New York, woman is facing charges after allegedly posting a naked photo of a Warren woman on Facebook. Police say 22-year-old Lindsay Head posted the picture without the consent of the 21-year-old victim, who is dating Head's ex-boyfriend. Head is charged with dispersing obscene and sexual materials. The picture has been removed from Facebook.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
