Man Allegedly Pointed Shotgun at Others

An Allegany man is facing charges for allegedly pointing a shotgun at people during a domestic incident.

Sheriff’s deputies say 39-year-old Charles Baldwin pointed the gun at several people in his home at about 8:30 p.m. on July 23.

Baldwin arraigned in Town of Carrollton Court, where bail was set at $500. He is due back in Town of Allegany Court.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
