Not Guilty Plea to Burglary, Robbery

A man accused of robbing a person at gunpoint in Farmersville back in 2009 has pleaded not guilty.

22-year-old Nathan Clester is in Cattaraugus County Jail after being extradited by the State of Florida. A Cattaraugus County grand jury charged him with robbery and burglary for the September 5, 2009 incident.

His bail is set at $100,000.

Clester was being held in Florida for pointing a gun at a woman during a road rage incident, then running from police.
