An Olean man is dead following a bus accident Wednesday afternoon on Mount Pleasant Avenue in Franklinville.
State Police say the 50-year-old bus driver, whose name has not been released yet, had seven disabled adults on the bus when it went off the road and hit a tree.
The driver was taken to Olean General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police say the man may have suffered a medical problem before the crash.
One of the passengers was also taken to Olean General Hospital for treatment of a minor knee injury.
