Men Plead Guilty to Attempted Burglary

Two men have pleaded guilty in Cattaraugus County Court to attempted burglary in connection to separate incidents last spring.

19-year-old Jandrew Terwilliger of Franklinville attempted to enter a building in Franklinville on May 8.

He’ll be sentenced April 23.

23-year-old Travis Gilbert of Salamanca broke into a Great Valley home on April 28 and stole several items.

Gilbert will be sentenced May 14.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
