35-year-old David Vattes of Olean was sentenced to five years’ probation for selling a narcotic preparation on March 17, 2011, in Olean.
28-year-old Alicia Tyger of Salamanca pleaded guilty to attempting to sell Oxycodone in Salamanca on December 21, 2010. The district attorney’s office did not say when she would be sentenced.
