NY May Have On-Time Budget
New York may have an on-time budget for the second year in a row.
Governor Andrew Cuomo and Legislative leaders met Monday and ironed out what they believe were major obstacles to passing the spending plan.
The deadline to pass an on-time budget is midnight Saturday.
The proposed budget of $132.5 billion will increase spending by 1.9 percent.
