Man Facing Drugs, Weapons Charges
A Whitesville, New York, man who took multiple police agencies on a chase through Allegany County last week is now facing drugs and weapons charges.
After Thursday’s chase police got a search warrant for the home of 33-year-old David Pusey Jr. and found a .45-caliber pistol they believe was stolen from Genesee, PA; a “cut down” 12-guage shotgun; other long guns; and a suspected “box lab” containing equipment and chemicals used to make methamphetamine.
Pusey is in Allegany County Jail.
