Man Fined for Endangering Child

A Port Allegany man has been fined for $1,000 for endangering the welfare of a child.

31-year-old Harold Graves was originally also charged with sexual conduct against a child for incidents that happened between June of 2007 and April of 2009 in Hinsdale.

The child was younger than 11 at the time.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
