Indicted Bank Robber Pleads Not Guilty

The woman accused of robbing an Allegany bank on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend has pleaded not guilty in Cattaraugus County Court.

26-year-old Katherine Hayes was indicted by a grand jury for robbery and grand larceny.

At around 11:15 a.m. on May 25 Hayes allegedly handed a teller at Community Bank a note and got away with more than $3,000. Police caught up with Hayes overnight.

She’s jailed on $100,000 bail. The matter has been adjourned for motions.

So this lady gets a 100000 bail for non violently robbing a bank but the guy in bradford who beats his moms head off the floor and stomped on her head because she gave him a small penis is only 50000. Maybe that's why nobody learns there lesson in that town. Everyone gets away with everything. A kid stabbed someone ten times over a bottle of vodka and gets 5 years? Let's not try and detour people from wanting to get in trouble. I'm sure there plenty of people that don't like each other who wouldn't mind only doing 5 years. Kinda thought attempted murder was a harsh crime
