Three in Court on Drug Charges
Three people appeared in Cattaraugus County this week on drug charges.
Bridgette Steiner of Olean was sentenced to six months in jail for selling a narcotic preparation in Olean on December 18, 2010.
Lacy Davis pleaded guilty to attempting to sell a narcotic preparation in Olean on October 28 and November 4 of 2010. She will be sentenced October 22.
Kate Ventimiglia of Salamanca pleaded not guilty to selling hydrocodone in Salamanca on August 9 of last year. The matter has been adjourned for motions.
