Warren Man Accused of
Sexually Assaulting 2-Month-Old Baby

A Warren man is in jail for sexual assaulting a 2-month-old baby.

25-year-old Francis Notoro allegedly assaulted the baby on July 15, and was arrested after the baby was examined at Warren General Hospital.

Court records say Notoro claims he was holding the baby when he tripped over a chair and lost his grip on the child. He claims bite marks were caused by another child.
He’s charged with rape of a child, involuntary sexual intercourse with a child, indecent assault, simple assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

District Attorney Ross McKiernan says this is the sickest thing he’s ever seen.

People like this should be Hung..if that was my kid they wouldn't have to worry about a trial for him cause it would be for me.but instead he will get 10 years in prison 5 years of probation and his picture on the internet.

The state thinks they can rehabilitate these pedophiles but they cant. They will continue to do this over and over. Death penalty to all pedophiles and nothing less

Woman Charged with Posting
Nude Picture on Facebook

A Falconer, New York, woman is facing charges after allegedly posting a naked photo of a Warren woman on Facebook. Police say 22-year-old Lindsay Head posted the picture without the consent of the 21-year-old victim, who is dating Head's ex-boyfriend. Head is charged with dispersing obscene and sexual materials. The picture has been removed from Facebook.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police also learned there was an active warrant against him from City of Jamestown Court. He was sent to Chautauqua County Jail on $1,000 bail. The news leader of the Twin Tiers ... since 1947
