Arnold Blakey allegedly had sexual contact with the child in July and August of this year. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Child Protective Services and the DA’s office started their investigation on October 15 after receiving reports of suspected abuse.
Blakely is charged with four counts of first-degree sexual abuse and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
