FCI-McKean Inmate Facing More Time

An inmate at FCI-McKean will spend another month behind bars for having a cell phone in the facility.

35-year-old Jose Israel Leal pleaded guilty in federal court today to possessing contraband in prison and was sentenced to one month in prison.

Leal had the phone inside the prison in June. The sentence was imposed to run consecutively to the sentence he’s currently serving.
