The Cattaraugus County Fire Investigation team determined that the October 16 fire was intentionally set. On Wednesday, the two juveniles were arrested and charged with arson and criminal mischief, both felonies. The names of the juveniles have not been released because of their ages.
Damage to the building and equipment is estimated at $10,000.
