Man Accused of Stealing Electricity

A Ulysses man is accused of stealing electricity from the Tri-County Rural Electric Cooperative.

41-year-old Ronald Norberg Jr. will be charged with theft of services.

The alleged theft happened earlier this month, according to a police report.
