Police got calls at around 5:45 Wednesday afternoon saying a person had a weapon in front of a house on Bush Street. They say Erik Gullett and another person were arguing over the parking spot when Gullett displayed a weapon. Police did not say what kind of weapon he had.
He was charged with menacing and taken to the city jail.
