Police say 28-year-old Luis Marquez-Burgos was selling drugs from an apartment on North Main Street. While executing a search warrant Jamestown’s SWAT team found a large quantity of cocaine and heroin packaged for sale.

Marquez-Burgos has an outstanding federal indictment warrant from Puerto Rico for the trafficking and possession of more than 1 kilogram of heroin, more than 5 kilograms of cocaine and more than 100 kilograms of marijuana.

He’s in Chautauqua County Jail on the local charges, and will be arraigned on the federal charges at a later date.
