Men Scheduled for 'Last Day to Plea'

The man accused of beating his mother because he blamed her for his physical shortcomings is scheduled to be in McKean County Court this afternoon.

32-year-old Robert White allegedly threw his mother against a wall, punched her in the face, stomped on her left ear, kicked her, banged her head on the floor and choked her. He also allegedly threatened to get a knife and chop her up.

Also scheduled for a last day to plea is Robert Pierce, who allegedly conspired with two other people to steal a car, take it to Buffalo and trade it for drugs. A Bradford man who allegedly tried to sell jewelry stolen in two separate burglaries is also scheduled to appear in court this afternoon.

26-year-old Matthew John Musolilno allegedly sold, and tried to sell, the jewelry in August and September.
