Two Bank Robberies This Afternoon

Police in Chautauqua County are looking for two bank robbers.

At 2:15 this afternoon a 6-foot-tall black man walked into the Jamestown Savings Bank in Falconer and showed the teller a note demanding money.

He did not display a weapon, but did get away with an undisclosed amount of cash. Two hours earlier, white man walked into the First Niagara Bank on Spring Street in Jamestown, and handed the teller a note, saying he had a weapon, and demanding money.

He did not show a weapon either, and also got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
