21-year-old Kellen Rouff is charged with multiple counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault and aggravated indecent assault. He’s also charged with six misdemeanor counts of indecent assault of a person younger than 16. The alleged incident happened last month in Bradford Township.
District Judge Rich Luther set bail at $150,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 13.
