Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Grand Larceny

An Olean woman has pleaded not guilty to using credit cards that didn’t belong to her and racking up more than $62,000 worth of sales.

36-year-old Amy Buchanan allegedly used the Olean Family Health Center credit card between December of last year and January of this year to buy goods and services worth about $36,000. From November of last year to mid-March of this year she allegedly used Zia Sheikh’s credit card, stealing nearly $26,000.

She also allegedly had three forged prescriptions she used to defraud Rite Aid in Olean from December 23 to January 6.

The matter has been adjourned for motions.
