They also looked into a report of drug activity on Fields Court, a theft on Congress Street and trespassing on Pike and Mechanic streets. Officers got reports or disorderly conduct on Chautauqua Place, criminal mischief to automobiles on Osborne Place and traffic and parking problems on East Main Street.

Concerned Citizens "WANT To KNOW" What Is Going On So That WE Can Be An "Informed Community".
Maybe WE Should CALL the NY(or PA) State Troopers:
"Citizen Tip Leads to Drug Arrests"
"Neighborhood Watch" in Effect in Brocton, NY!!!!!!!

"Citizen Tip"..."Neighborhood Watch" in EFFECT!
Why Can't/Won't the City of Bradford Police(& Mayor/City Council) START/PROMOTE/ENDORSE a "Neighborhood Watch" program in the City?
And Why Isn't Their FaceBook Page Working?
Are They AFRAID of Citizen Input?
Don't They WANT Us To KNOW What's Going ON?
Many ??????? NOT Many ANSWERS!
