Cuomo Addresses State of the State

Governor Andrew Cuomo today delivered his 2013 State of the State Address, outlining a comprehensive agenda that builds on the progress of the past two years to attract good jobs and economic growth, creates a world-class education system that prepares the next generation for the future, maintaisn fiscal integrity and discipline, and continues to restore New York as the progressive capital of the nation.
