NYSP: Woman Took Drugs to Jail

A Salamanca woman was sent to the Erie County Holding Center for smuggling drugs into the Collins Correctional Facility.

State troopers say that on Saturday 23-year-old Lori Ginnery was caught trying to smuggle 14 Oxycodone pills into the facility for a family member.

She was charged with introducing prison contraband and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Her bail was set at $5,000.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
