Allegany Man Facing Weapons Charge

An Allegany man is charged with criminal possession of a weapon following an incident earlier this month in the Town of Allegany.

23-year-old Zachary Bedard is also charged with obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest. Sheriff’s deputies did not provide further information on the incident.

Bedard was arraigned, and then sent to Cattaraugus County Jail on $2,500 bail.
