Assault, Harassment Charges Bound to Court
Charges against a Bradford man accused of breaking another man’s nose while he was unconscious have been bound to court following a preliminary hearing in front of District Judge Dominic Cercone.
Ryan Burkett is charged with assault and harassment in connection to the December 6 incident at his home. He is accused of putting pressure on the victim’s throat until he was unconscious, and then assaulting him. Besides the broken nose, the victim also had two black eyes and multiple facial lacerations, requiring 40 stitches, when police saw him at BRMC.
Burkett is free on bail.
