Sheriff’s deputies say 25-year-old Evan Barber was in his vehicle in a snowbank along Marek Road at just before 11 p.m. He reportedly hit another vehicle that was stopped in the road, and almost hit the occupant.
Deputies determined that Barber was intoxicated and had a prior DWI conviction. He was charged with felony DWI, assault and reckless endangerment. He was sent to jail on $250 bail.
