Police say 24-year-old Aaron Chase of Jamestown walked in the restaurant at about 10:45 p.m., drunk, with no money, dressed like The Joker and wanting to be served.
Police say Chase was acting strange and started harassing people at the bar. He was asked to leave several times but refused to go.
After being charged with trespassing he was taken to WCA Hospital for a mental health evaluation. Chase was charged with trespassing and was issued an appearance ticket. He was transported to WCA Hospital for a mental health evaluation.
A day earlier, Chase was cited for unlawful possession of marijuana.
