Donald Blessel, who turns 35 tomorrow, is scheduled for a preliminary hearing April 9 in front of District Judge Mark Jacob.
Besides the 311 counts of child pornography, Blessel is charged with five counts of disseminating photographs or film of child sex acts, five counts of displaying obscene and/or sexual materials and one count of criminal use of a communication facility. He is also charged with several misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy.

I think his age is 45, not 35.
The docket sheet from Mark Jacob's office lists his birthdate as 02/23/1978. You do the math :)
