Man Hurt in Snowmobile Accident

A Sherman, New York, man was hurt when he was thrown from his snowmobile Friday night.

Sheriff’s deputies say 54-year-old James Weise was on a trail between Hannum Road and Route 430 in the Town of Chautauqua at around 8:20 p.m. when the machine went out of controlled and hit several trees.

Weise was taken to WCA Hospital for treatment of arm injuries.

Hopefully Mr. Weise will be okay. I'm a personal injury lawyer in Ottawa and so if someone was at fault he should definitely call someone.
