Three Men Facing Drug Charges

A Salamanca man is in jail on drug charges following a lengthy investigation by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.

33-year-old Thomas Doner is charged with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

In another case, Doner pleaded not guilty Monday in Cattaraugus County Court to selling morphine on May 24 in Salamanca. That case has been adjourned for motions.

He is jailed without bail.

A Fredonia man is accused of stealing prescription medication from a Portland resident.

State police say 25-year-old Charles Karlstrom Jr. took several hydrocodone pills without the owner’s permission.

Karlstrom is scheduled to appear in Town of Portland Court on March 5.

An Elma, New York, man is facing drug charges following a traffic stop in Chautauqua County.

State police stopped 20-year-old Raymond Skibicki on routes 20 and 60 in the Town of Pomfret for having an inadequate stop lamp and inadequate exhaust and, during the stop, smelled marijuana in the vehicle.

They found a jar containing about 4 ½ grams of marijuana, as well as a marijuana grinder containing about 1 gram and a plastic smoking device containing residue.

Skibicki is scheduled to appear in Town of Pomfret Court on March 5.

I'm Ray Skibicki and I demand this information be removed immediately! there's no reason why it need to be available for the world to see besides following me the rest of my life. the charges were reduced!

Woman Charged with Posting
Nude Picture on Facebook

A Falconer, New York, woman is facing charges after allegedly posting a naked photo of a Warren woman on Facebook. Police say 22-year-old Lindsay Head posted the picture without the consent of the 21-year-old victim, who is dating Head's ex-boyfriend. Head is charged with dispersing obscene and sexual materials. The picture has been removed from Facebook.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police also learned there was an active warrant against him from City of Jamestown Court. He was sent to Chautauqua County Jail on $1,000 bail. The news leader of the Twin Tiers ... since 1947
