Man Charged with Statutory Rape
A Port Allegany man is charged with statutory rape for an incident that happened in August in Liberty Township.
State Police arrested 39-year-old Jeffrey Pinchock today and, besides statutory rape, charged him with felony counts of sexual assault and corruption of minors, as well as misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors and indecent assault.
The alleged incident happened at about 6:30 p.m. on August 30.
He was arraigned by District Judge Bill Todd in Smethport, and sent to McKean County Jail on $60,000 bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for March 14 in Todd’s office.
