State police say the ring was reported missing on Friday and, after interviewing the people who reported the theft, they determined 24-year-old Albert Rhodes took the ring. Police say he admitted to the theft.
Rhodes is charged with petit larceny and is scheduled to appear in Town of Genesee Court on March 14.
